How are call minutes counted?
Minutes are counted from when a call is answered until the call ends. Ringing time and failed calls are not billed. Most campaigns average 30–60 seconds per answered call.
What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?
Each plan has an overage rate per minute. Starter is $0.016/min, Professional is $0.010/min. You can track usage in your dashboard and set budget alerts.
What is answering machine detection (AMD)?
AMD distinguishes between live answers and voicemail. This lets you deliver a full message to humans and use a different strategy for answering machines. Included on Professional and Enterprise plans.
What does "AI text-to-speech" include?
All plans include our built-in TTS engine (espeak-ng) at no extra cost. Enterprise plans can also integrate premium providers like Amazon Polly or ElevenLabs at cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enterprise customers can pay via bank transfer/invoice.
